Every decision the engine makes is written into an immutable, cryptographically-signed record. Each record references its parents — the upstream decisions that produced it — so you can walk backwards from any fill to the originating signal.
Records are never edited. Corrections are recorded as new events that reference the original. This preserves the full history of how conclusions were reached.
